Whether you’re migrating or onboarding, every move to StandBased follows the same simple path. If you’re switching from other systems, there’s one extra step: we bring your data across for you.

We get to know your club
We start by understanding how your club works: the tools you use today, or the ones you’re missing, and what you want StandBased to do for you.

We plan your move
Every club is different. We agree what needs to happen, in what order and by when. You’ll know who is responsible and what the key milestones are before anything starts.

We migrate your data
If you’re switchingWhere possible, our team handles the migration for you. We import, map and organise your existing data so your team doesn’t have to rebuild everything from scratch, and help clean up duplicated or outdated records along the way.

We set up StandBased around your club
We apply your branding, switch on the modules you need and configure users, permissions, workflows and integrations to reflect the way your club works.

We test everything
Before launch, we check that everything is where it should be and that your key workflows run correctly. Your team gets the chance to review it all before you go live.

We train your team and go live
We provide onboarding and training so your team knows how to use StandBased from day one. And once you’re live, our support team is there whenever you need us.
